How to Write a Notice on Tree Planjtation Programme

Here is the question:Suppose, you are the Secretary of the Eco-club of your school. Your school has organised A Tree Plantation Programme in your school surrounding area. Now write a notice to request the students to participate in it.

• At first, you have to write NOTICE in the middle of your page. 

• Then underneath you have to choose the title. 

• Then give the notice date at the right side and notice no at the left

Sub – Go Green Programme 

It is hereby notified to all the students of our school that our school has been celebrating the Nation’s Independence Day with an ambitious plan to save the environment by planting trees and plants to make the locality green as well as to reduce the global warming.

The striking feature of the programme is that it has been initiated by the Eco-club of the school. The students will plant saplings at the identified locations and will maintain throughout the year. So, the students are requested to participate in the programme on 15th August at 8a.m at the school compound.

Co-operation of everyone will be highly solicited to establish the idea, “one tree, one life”. For further details, the  students may contact to the undersigned.
